When roots from trees enter drain pipes, the tree thrives but the drain stops flowing. If the roots are large enough, the only way to fix the problem is to dig it up.
Here, we are excavating across a street to access a drain pipe that has been breached by roots. You can see some of the trees in the background that have contributed to the problem.
